This Privacy Policy explains how Qo‘riqlash Departamenti (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the E‑Qo‘riqlash mobile application (the “App”) and related services.

2.1 Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly in the App, including:

• Phone number used to sign in
• One‑time password (OTP) / verification codes used to verify your phone number (used for authentication)
• Selfie/face photo captured when you submit an application in the App (Face ID / selfie capture)
• Support communications (information you provide when you contact us)

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we may collect crash and diagnostic information (for example, crash logs and device/OS details) to maintain and improve the App.

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the App
• Authenticate users via phone number and OTP
• Verify identity as part of the application submission process (including capturing a selfie/Face ID photo when you apply)
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the App’s stability and performance (including crash reporting)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4) Face ID / Selfie Capture (Application Verification)

When you submit an application in the App, we may request access to the camera to capture a selfie/face photo as part of the application verification process.

The selfie/face photo is transmitted to our back-end systems for verification.

Retention: We process the selfie/face photo for verification and do not store it after verification is completed, except for temporary processing and minimal security/audit logs as required to operate and protect the service.

We do not use Face ID information for advertising.

5) Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

We use Firebase Crashlytics to help detect and fix errors. Crashlytics may collect crash logs, device information, and diagnostics/performance data to help us understand and resolve issues.

6) Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only in the following cases:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (including Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting). They are permitted to process information only on our instructions.
• For legal and safety reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or reorganization (information may be transferred subject to this policy).

We do not sell your personal information.

7) Location Data

The App does not collect location data.

8) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
